Q& A

Item I absolutely love everything vintage, and analogue film holds a special place in my heart.
My approach is nostalgic, natural, and relaxed. I aim to create films that feel like old home movies, capturing the day exactly as I see it. That means embracing the candid, emotional moments that make your wedding unique. From laughter and tears to the cheers of joy, I’m there to document it all.
While my approach is documentary-style and focused on the natural flow of events, I can also provide direction when needed.
I shoot handheld to create a dreamy, romantic atmosphere in the footage. Expect soft focus, grainy textures, some camera shake, and organic movement throughout the film.

I use different cameras. I have three beautiful vintage 1960s Canon Super 8 film cameras. A Super 8 camera is specifically designed to shoot Super 8mm film, a format introduced by Kodak in 1965, known for its distinctive grainy aesthetic and beautiful, nostalgic feel.
Film from my Super 8 cameras is always professionally processed at a film lab and converted to a digital file in 4K quality.
Nostalgic for the 1990s? My love for vintage cameras extends to the late 90s and early 00s. I also have a Sony Handycam camcorder, or “Party Cam,” as I affectionately call it. This camera records in the Hi8 video format using mini DV cassettes. All footage can be transferred to a digital file for download.
Paired with this, I have a mini Sony Handycam that can be handed to guests to capture their own point-of-view content.
I also have a Sony 4k full-frame mirrorless camera. Full-frame cameras are known for their superior image quality and ability to capture fine details.
As well as all my cameras I have microphones and audio equipment to capture the sounds of the day. I do not have a drone, so please do not expect any drone shots. description

You can expect this between 4-8 weeks after your film date. Turnaround time will vary depending on the time of year and demand.

Please make sure my editing style feels right for you before booking.
I don’t provide completely raw files, but I can offer a “clean cut” edit — all the best clips pulled together in chronological order, with a basic colour grade. It won’t be polished like your main films, but it’s a great way to see the full flow of the day. This option is available as an add-on for an additional cost.
